Refund policy

Publishing, LLC offers many different softwares, courses and even live trainings to our students each of which have their own refund policies.

Some purchases (such as our live trainings) come with a NO REFUND policy given the amount of time energy and skills that go into creating and hosting the live event. Other products carry different refund policies.

Any product sold by or on behalf of Publishing, LLC will have CLEARLY on any sales material the refund policy along with a link to this page prior to purchasing. All order forms and checkout forms will also clearly indicate our refund policies and link to this page here for further reference.

Below are listed the current offerings from Publishing, LLC along with their respective refund period:

Premium Shopify Theme – This product has a 30 day right to cancel. All sales are final afterwards.

Daily Drop Product - This product has a 30 day right to cancel. This is a product that bills monthly for continued access to our software. Once a membership fee is processed it is non-refundable at that point. You can cancel at any time to discontinue future billing and access to the product.

Profit Booster App Suite - This product has a 30 day right to cancel. This is a product that bills monthly for continued access to our software. Once a membership fee is processed it is non-refundable at that point. You can cancel at any time to discontinue future billing and access to the product.

Niche Stores + Daily Product Drip Upgrade - This product has a 30 day right to cancel. All sales are final afterwards.

Optimize Upsell Software - This product has a 30 day right to cancel. All sales are final afterwards.

Product Pusher Software - This product has a 30 day right to cancel. All sales are final afterwards.

Platinum Accelerator Program - This comes with a 3 day right to cancel. All sales are final afterwards.

Ecom Experience Mastermind - This comes with a 3 day right to cancel. All sales are final afterwards.

Signal Boost Software - This product has a 14 day refund policy. All sales are final afterwards.

Launchpad Regular Access Ticket - All sales are final for this live event.

LaunchPad VIP Access Ticket - All sales are final for this live event.

Each product also has it’s own support email address provided to you upon purchasing. This is provided both in the members area and on your order notification email receipt. You will need to contact that specific email address within the given time frame (list above) to request a refund on your purchase.
